SINTX tops guidance and opens Class B warrant call

What happened

SINTX Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SINT) said preliminary third-quarter revenue was about $2.2 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

That was above the company's earlier guidance of $0.9 million to $1.1 million. The figure is unaudited and still subject to quarter-end close and review.

About $2.1 million came from product sales, which SINTX said was above the Class B Warrant call trigger of at least $2.0 million in product revenue during a fiscal quarter.

The company also said it started shipments tied to more than $3.2 million in contract manufacturing purchase orders announced in June. Some of that work has now been recognized as revenue.

SINTX said it intends to deliver a Call Notice to holders of Class B Warrants to buy about 1.88 million shares.

Why it matters

OptimistFi's case is that SINT is a financing-constrained option on whether its silicon nitride ceramics can move from technical promise to repeat commercial adoption.

This filing supports that view. It shows industrial shipments turning into preliminary third-quarter revenue, and it links those shipments to a warrant-call right.

The company said the result reflects stronger-than-expected industrial ceramics sales and should lead to narrower losses than in earlier quarters.

SINTX said sales of industrial parts to aerospace subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies made up most of third-quarter revenue.

Preliminary third-quarter revenue was $1.1 million above the high end of guidance, and product sales of roughly $2.1 million cleared the $2.0 million trigger.

The figures are preliminary and unaudited, and the filing says exercise proceeds are not assured.

What's next

SINTX said it expects complete third-quarter results in its next quarterly report.

It also said it intends to deliver a Call Notice to holders of about 1.88 million Class B Warrants.

If holders exercise all of them, the company could raise up to $4.0 million in cash. Any warrants not exercised will expire.

If the final result stays close to the preliminary figure, it would support the view that shipments are turning into recognized revenue. A lower final result would weaken that case.
