Mesoblast (NASDAQ: MESO) says Ryoncil tops US$115 million in first full year

Total revenue reached US$120.3 million, up from US$17.2 million in fiscal 2025. Mesoblast also said it set up a US$125 million five-year non-dilutive credit facility.

Why it matters

FY2026 revenue rose US$103.1 million from FY2025, a 599.4% increase. Ryoncil generated US$115.2 million of the US$120.3 million total, so it accounted for most reported sales.

The filing supports the commercialization story because Ryoncil produced its first full-year revenue and Mesoblast added financing capacity. The company said the credit facility is US$125 million, which gives it more room to fund commercialization and the pipeline.

The downside is that product revenue is still below operating expenses. Mesoblast reported a US$57.5 million net loss and US$1.07 billion in accumulated losses.

The company also said the CLBP program is a major commercial opportunity and that the trial treated 350 patients. That supports the pipeline case, but the filing still depends on later clinical results, not patient count alone.

What's next

Mesoblast said it will report CLBP trial clinical endpoints in the second half of calendar 2027. That is the clearest dated test in the filing.

A positive readout would support the pipeline case. A weak result would shift attention back to Ryoncil sales and financing needs.

Mesoblast said fiscal 2027 priorities include maximizing RYONCIL availability, distribution and penetration in the pediatric market. It also said it will keep pursuing adult SR-aGvHD label expansion and advance rexlemestrocel-L.
