Why it matters
The purchase value comes to $104,983.50 before any transaction costs. Dividing the 3,450 shares added by the 25,426 held beforehand gives the 13.6% increase.
The form records the transaction with code P, identifying a purchase. The reported increase therefore came from a share purchase, even though the resulting holding also includes granted restricted stock.
Those restricted shares were granted under the company's 2025 stock option and incentive plan. Their inclusion means the full direct position should not be described as stock Hollister bought with his own money.
A separate line reports 7,476 shares held indirectly through his IRA. That line records an existing holding, not another purchase on October 26. It is excluded from the direct-holding growth calculation.
Keeping those categories separate prevents a common mistake: treating every share listed on an insider filing as a share bought in the latest trade.

What's next
Subsequent ownership filings can establish whether Hollister adds again, receives awards or sells shares. The starting figures for that comparison are now 28,876 shares directly and 7,476 through the IRA.
A future increase in the direct balance would need the same transaction-level check. An award could raise that number without another purchase, while a transfer could move shares between ownership categories.
The present filing establishes one director's purchase at a stated price. It does not establish that the stock is undervalued or that other directors are making the same decision.
